Returns Summary

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery

  • Customers are responsible for return postage costs

  • Items must be returned unworn and in the condition received

  • We accept returns for defective and non defective items
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow up to 14 days for refunds to be processed after receipt of the returned item

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.
This will be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be processed.


How to return a product

If you would like to return your order, please email us at sales@globalvintage.co.uk

You are able to return your item within 30 days of receiving your order by post.

Please ensure the item is unworn, we urge customers to check items on arrival.

Any orders returned after this time period will not be eligible for a refund.

Please include your Returns Slip or Packing sheet within your returns parcel. If you no longer have this, please find your order number in an email from us along with the item name you are retuning.

Return costs

Please be advised that any cost to return goods must be covered by the customer.
